Quality & Speed

We have integrated automation technologies across our operations (talent sourcing, profiles filtering, database management, internal and external communication). That gives our teams the ability to process a large volume of profiles and narrow down quickly, which enables high speed and high quality. Our trained consultants interview each candidate to understand the core strengths, priorities and expectations. An extract of that interview is then screened by one of our managers, before it gets submitted to our client (you) together with the CV of the candidate. We follow consistent formatting and naming conventions for all the information and the way we share it with our clients, which allows greater communication efficiency for everyone involved in the process.

The profiles that we shortlist internally, will usually be submitted to you in batches of 3-5 candidates and on average we will submit one batch per week for each job we are assigned to. One point of contact will be available to you at all times and will be responsible for streamlining the communication and delivery with high quality and speed (you only interact with one of our client managers). The Agile operational model that we practice is based on a flat organisational structure, which allows our senior staff to zoom in when necessary, while monitoring our total workload and optimising our resource allocation in real time. Average time from job brief to successful hire = 3 weeks.
